Veterans Community Care Chiropractor

The Veterans Administration (VA) provides health care for Veterans from providers in our local community outside of the VA. Veterans may be eligible to receive care from a community provider when the VA cannot provide the care needed. This care is provided on behalf of and paid for by the VA.

Eastside Chiropractic PA is proud to serve our Greenville area veteran community with comprehensive acute and chronic care for spine and joint pain.  We are an in network provider for Veterans Community Care.

Community care is available to Veterans based on certain conditions and eligibility requirements, and in consideration of a Veteran’s specific needs and circumstances. Community care must be first authorized by the VA before a Veteran can receive care from a community provider.  If you are interested in having Eastside Chiropractic PA partner with your VA health care team, know that we are ready, willing and able to assist you. Dr. David Mruz and Eastside Chiropractic PA are enrolled VA Community Care providers.

DO I NEED TO HAVE A REFERRAL FROM THE VA TO VISIT A COMMUNITY CARE NETWORK (CCN) PROVIDER?

Yes. Before a Veteran receives care or services from a CCN participating provider, the VA must refer the Veteran to a specific community provider.  Ask your VA primary care provider for a referral to our office.  We will be happy to provide your provider with our assessment and recommendations for care.

If you don’t have a referral, contact your local VA medical center.
